Educational Leadership & Entrepreneurship

This course empowers educators with entrepreneurial leadership skills to inspire growth, innovation, and resilience in learning environments. Through coaching techniques and interactive activities, participants will learn to lead with purpose and drive transformative change.

A course built around leadership, entrepreneurial thinking and coaching in education. Across five days, participants develop vision-setting, decision-making and coaching skills, and learn to lead change, motivate teams and inspire innovation within their own institutions.
